Healthy learn 2.1

I think it is fascinating how we can incorporated technology into fitness. I have done the we and experienced the muscle soreness after playing tennis. But it seemed like more of a strain like how I would think of carpel tunnel, instead of feeling benefits of healthy exercise. Personally, I prefer doing team sports to any other form of exercise. But Technology has helped there with the materials we use to play sports like shoes, and cleats and plastic in frisbees.
